Do You Believe In Angels?

His name was Victor.  Throughout all of his 88 years he had believed in angels, and on February 14, 1994 that belief became a reality for his family.

Victor and his wife Josephine had just returned from dinner to celebrate Valentines Day.  Yes, after fifty-five years of marriage, they still celebrated Valentines Day every year with a nice dinner.

That particular year after returning home, they were sitting quietly at the kitchen table.  Josephine was watching over him worriedly because Victor was experiencing chest pain. “Just a little pressure”, he insisted.  “Let’s see if it gets better”.

Josephine, anxiously wringing her hands, was close to tears.  Just then the phone on the wall over her shoulder rang.  She answered it and the voice on the other end said “This is 9-1-1, do you have an emergency?”

Confused.  Josephine could only say “What?”  The 9-1-1 operator repeated:  “This is 9-1-1, do you have an emergency?”  Josephine said to Victor, “It’s 9-1-1, They want to know if we have an emergency.”

Victor immediately responded.  “That’s my angel! Tell them I need an ambulance!”  Josephine then told 9-1-1 that her husband was having chest pain and an ambulance was sent immediately.

What followed was a series of “coincidences” that can only be explained as miraculous.  The end result was an 88-year old man having triple bypass heart surgery against great odds.  He went on to live six more years.

He went on an Alaskan cruise with his wife.  He went to Italy with his family.  He saw a World Series game.  He enjoyed countless weddings, dinners and get-togethers.  Quality of life? In spades! When he finally passed away in 2001, It wasn’t his heart that took him.

Victor was my father.  I didn’t used to be a believer.  In fact, I went to the 9-1-1 offices shortly after everything happened to listen to the tape of the 9-11 call that night.

What I heard was there was no incoming phone call to the 9-1-1 offices…nothing.  Just the call from 9-1-1 that my mother answered.

But because of that night and the events that happened since, I know that angels exist.  My father always wore an angel pin on his lapel as a reminder, and I have kept angels throughout my home every day since.  I will never forget…

Do you believe in angels?  We love to read angel stories.  Even the hit television series “Touched By An Angel” starring Della Reese, Roma Downey and John Dye was full of inspirational and real angelic experiences.

Our angels are all around us.  When we pray to God,  often he sends his angels into our lives to help us.  We just don’t realize it.

The new book called Angelwhispers by Marcy D. Nicholas has continued for me the path that my father’s angel experience began in my life.

In it you’ll learn about angel nudges – the author’s own term for those little premonitions or intuitions that sometimes pop into your head for unknown reasons.  You’ll learn how to listen for them to help you deal with the changes in your life and even the hardships.

Angels are there to answer your requests, but also the requests you make for others.  Angelwhispers will help you tap into the power that you hold within you to help you improve your life, improve relationships, resolve anger, even make more money, and live a happier, joyful more fulfilling life.

Angelwhispers…  That seemingly insignificant coincidence that isn’t a coincidence at all, but rather the angels at work in your life

Angel’s are ready to help us in lots of ways.  They can protect us from danger, reduce our fears, pain, worries and even help us find ways to cope with our problems.

Angels also arrange for circumstances to come together so you can get what you’ve been asking.  But, we don’t always get what we want.  In the words of Albert Einstein, “…God has a plan for each of us, and what we want and ask for, may not fit into that plan…” It is during these times, that we often overlook our angel’s messages.

Here you’ll discover how the Saints can help you with things like…

  • Selling your house?  Special assistance from St. Joseph
  • Lost items?  St Anthony can help
  • Our Lady of Guadalupe, the Mother of all Mothers, she helps the most in need.
  • And more!

If you believe in angels, then you know that each of us has a guardian angel to help us and to keep us safe.  But did you know that you can learn how to communicate with your guardian angel?

A recent Gallup poll showed that 80% of North Americans believe that God performs miracles yet few believe it can happen to them.

Faith requires that we believe even when we don’t understand why certain things happen.

Sometimes angels can arrange coincidences so that you are in the right place at the right time to meet the right person to help you in a given situation.  Angels can even arrange a series of circumstances.  Things like my father’s 9-1-1 call that set into action that series of events…

Yes, you can learn how to communicate with your guardian angel with simple techniques just by opening your mind and heart to the possibility.  And if you ask your angel, you will get the information you need to know about your life’s work, your life’s purpose.

In this groundbreaking book, not only will you learn how to speak to your angel, you will learn how to experience moments of great peace. You will learn the importance of gratitude and how to express it.

In Angelwhispers, you will learn:

I would like to know the shipping charge , if I order the 2 book special?

  4. Angels ARE messengers from God, but God never tells us to trust in angels. He tells us to put our faith in His Son, Jesus Christ. Jesus died for your sins, not His. None of the angels have ever died for man and they never will. “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved.” Leave the angels alone and let them do their jobs.

    • Ken, “Jesus died for your sins, not His.” That is not completely correct. “Not His” implies Jesus had sinned which is not correct. Jesus was incapable of sin since He was God. Also, believing in Jesus is not the only thing that saves you. As believing in Jesus and still committing sins will not get you into Heaven. It’s God’s decision. Believing in Jesus means you accept Him as God. And if you believe completely, you will not sin. When you sin, you deny God so it is impossible that you can believe and sin. Please don’t mislead people.

    • Thank you for your advise and what we know to be the truth. Trust in the Lord should always be good advise. Just as the Lord is always present, Angels are there for us as well as work for the Lord as we all should.

What a wonderful book to share with the world. How much it is needed at this time in our lives. Thank You.

  6. Ido believe in Angels

  7. I believe in angels and have encountered some in my lifetime. They were there when I needed them to protect me.

I don’t believe they are real , I KNOW THEY ARE REAL . They are the most important part of my Life. Our communication lines are open at all times. READ psalms 91:11 .

  9. I believe in angels, especially since one of them saved my daughter’s life from being hit by a car. She was literally pulled out of her shoes by an angel when she was 4 years old.

  10. Will these Christian angels help non Christian folks? Many non Christian people do know of and have read prayers to RC saints Luke, Jude, Anthony, etc but they are all mere pleas to big daddy in the sky. The exception is the prayer attributed to St Francis which focuses on self improvements and how to take what big daddy in the sky gives each of us, in as constructive a manner as is humanly possible. How do angels decide who gets what he she/asks? Are angels the screening agent for God? When I, a non Christian educated in a Jesuit school in India informed a fellow Indian, a devout Protestant Christian, that I was praying to St. Luke the Physician for intercession with God to heal me, his wry reply was why go to saints and angels instead of going directly to God who has created them all in the first place. Let us assume someone well outside the US like a peasant sharecropper in India can’t read English let alone go to the internet & get this book and his/her sinless infant is dying. Could it be said that if God or his/her angelic agents coud’nt be asked for help to keep the baby alive in American Standard English through this well meaning book, God will overlook & deny the sinless infant’s parents’ most justifiable need for a miracle? Would it be fair for the angels, saints etc to not help because someone outside the US coud’nt read English and thus coud’nt reach the American Standard English application to ask them for help? Can’t the author of this book pray to and/or petition the angels to help the people of Haiti and if the angels did so , couldn’t we US citizens save some money from the tax revenue that has to go to help the unfortunate residents of Haiti, and instead use that money to help homeless folks in NYC & Chicago? Perhaps the angels will help only US citizens living in the US? RC’s have saints while Protestants have them in another name such as angels? Miracles and angelic interventions happen but they don’t happen to so many who deserve them to the point that they should not be even required to ask for them like the people of Haiti at this time. Coud’nt the angelic intervention be more coincidence than anything else? Is’nt this why the scholarly Jesuits focus on marshalling one’ one coping resources rather than hoping that a certain prayer in English will get a guardian angel to help by suspending the laws of nature as it is known to mankind at this time?

I would be most appreciative of consequent comments by the author and site visitors. One genuinely sees all points of view only after hearing all of them from others.

  11. I think that Ken’s statement, ..”is is impossible that you believe and sin” is also misleading. Jesus’ death and resurrection provided God’s Grace, as He had promised, the Grace of forgiveness. Without sin, no one needs God’s Grace, or His Son. No one is perfect, or without sin, so in believing, we accept God’s grace, and in appreciation, try to sin no more. The angels? I feel they are still God’s messengers, as claimed in the Bible. However, I thank God and pray to Him for His care, however He provides it.

  12. My car was stalled on a curvy road and I was frightened because I was not sure what to do. Then a man poked his head through my open window and told me to move over He took the steering wheel and moved the car over the the side of the road. I watched as he walked away and then I realized I had forgotten to thank him. Just as I stepped out of the car he disappeared

For many years,I have believed in Angels. I have had many incidents which proved they are watching over me. Once I even saw her when I fell and no one came to help me,even though there were several people standing nearby. She came to me and called me by name and asked where my son was. I told her he was with his friend, she said she would get him. The next person I saw while lying on the cold ground, was my son. He and no one else had seen my angel or anyone else leaning over me.. that was the only time I saw her, but I have felt her presence so many times.

  14. I personally have never seen an angel. But I will always remember when my daughter was a newborn and she was in the front seat of the car in a carrier. Back in the early 70’s they did not have children’s car seats for kids. My husband had an engine to his motorcycle on the passenger side on the floor. I had to make a quick stop and her carrier tipped over onto the engine. I was so afraid to overturn it again – I thought she would be dead. Upon overturning it I saw that she did not even have a scratch on her at all. There was nothing and that was impossible considering the size of that engine and the sudden stop I made. I believe to this day that an angel or someone saved her from injury and possibly death.

  15. I just read Dorothy’s comment and that brought back an incident that happened in 1963. I was holding my newborn daughter in my arms (again no such thing as car seats for infants) and my husband was driving. Before we came to the main highway traffic light there was another cross street with a traffic light also. The light turned green and he proceded across the first street and we were just into the second lane of this six lane highway when a car ran the red light. My husband slammed on the brakes, my head hit the dashboard with just a minor bump since I was doing my best to cover my daughter. I believe a guardian angel was there to protect us and when I looked at my daughter just 6 weeks old her tiny hands were together as if she was praying.

  16. Many years ago, I was driving with my small son, and sister-in-law (bringing her home). I at the time was pregnant with my second child. We were driving on the freeway, and at that time it was a 70 mph speed limit.
I felt an urgency to get off the freeway, so I turned off the freeway on a side road that had a 30 mph speed limit….
I stopped at a stop sign and when it was my time to go, I crossed the intersection only to have the wheel on the passenger side fall off…
I believe God sent me an Angel to turn off the freeway when I did, had I not we probably all would have died… it was also in the early seventies, no seat belt laws then… Praise God for his Angels assistance with our safety!

  17. Ii DO BELIEVE AN ANGEL BROUGHT ME SAFELY HOME FROM Korea.

  18. God created Angels to give him praise & adoration. By giving God praise & adoration, the Angels, therefor, assist us human souls(also, Gods creation) in our daily lives.

  19. I BELIEVE IN ANGELS AND I KNOW THEY ARE ALWAYS AROUND ME, THEY AHVE HELPED ME THROUGH ALL THE SUFFERING AND ALSO HAPPINESS THAT I HAVE BEEN THROUGH, THEY ARE ALWAYS AROUND ME, NOW I HAVE THE TWO MOST SPECIAL ANGELS, MY PARENTS THAT ARE WATCHING ME AND MY FAMILY FROM HEAVEN, I BELEIVE IN JESUS AS MY AL MIGHTY GOD, BUT I KNOW ANGELS ARE REAL TOO

  20. I would like to obtain a copy of this book. I read my sister’s copy and found more comfort than you can imagine after losing our Mom. I know she is an angel and I know she is whispering to me everyday……thank you.

  21. Can you buy this in the book stores?

  22. I have heard my angel speak to me and I have felt his embrace. It is so wonderful knowing he is watching over me! Angels are real!
